Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Call Center Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a thorough understanding of financial services.
As a Financial Call Center Advisor you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support for various financial services that are provided through the instant transfer application.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Utilize your knowledge of financial products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding performance metrics
Keep uptodate with the latest industry trends and changes in financial products and services
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field is preferred
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fastpaced environment
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required
