Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for the operation maintenance troubleshooting repair and modification of assigned HVAC Systems.
Carry out daily operation and maintenance activities.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot and execute equipment repair as necessary.
Perform necessary system modifications.
Ensure adherence to companys policies and procedures.
Required to have at least eight years of experience in HVAC Mechanical System operation maintenance troubleshooting and repair.
Knowledge and experience with compressors pumps ventilation blowers ducting leak repair on condensers/evaporators and Freon recovery are necessary.
Must have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in HVAC or a related trade certificate.
Excellent command of the English language.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment are essential.
