Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and use cleaning solutions for various tasks including trash removal window cleaning furniture polishing and restroom maintenance.
- Monitor building security and safety (e.g. lock doors report hazards).
- Notify supervisors of major repairs supply needs or equipment issues.
- Maintain floors using methods such as mopping scrubbing steam cleaning and polishing.
- Perform occasional nonroutine maintenance tasks like stripping and sealing floors.
- Support team schedules to cover absences and complete special projects.
- Adhere to all company and contract safety policies and procedures.
- Build trust and strong client relationships by delivering topnotch customer service.
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 years of janitorial experience in a community or commercial setting.
- Basic computer skills (Word Excel).
- Dependable honest hardworking and punctual.
- Fastpaced work ethic with pride in a job well done.
- Must pass a background check and have a valid drivers license with a reliable vehicle.
Shift Availability:
- Evening Shift: Monday to Friday 5 PM9 PM (some weekend work required).
