About Kalvium: When you ask an engineering graduate in India what they remember most about their higher education the answer that does not come up often is the education itself. We are seeking mentors who will assist students in their technical development in all aspects much like technical leads and instructors.

Role Technical Mentor(Assistant Professor)

Qualification: Only From M.E/M.TechComputer Science or Related Background

Or M.E/M.Tech CSE or Related Background PHD. No Other Qualification Will Be Considered.

Responsibilities

This is a fulltime ongoing onsite position and you will be responsible for the technical growth of a cohort of 40 highpotential students.
You will embed in the campus: own the outcomes of students on all technical courses and projects. This includes programming full stack development OS networks etc. all of which are taught in a handson practical manner.
You will lead multiple industry internships and MVPs utilising the growing skills of the students.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students as they are stuck based on the Kalvium mentorship framework.

Requirements

Language proficiency: excellent ability to communicate in English.
Technical Requirements: Basic algorithmic coding knowledge in any one of the programming languages Python C C Java script
Strong passion for problem solving and learning new technologies

Pay & Location:

Experience: 14 Years in Academic/Education Industry

CTC:

Qualification M.Tech

2 Years of Experience: Up to 7.25LPA(6.25LPA Fixed1LPA Variable)

4 Years of Experience: Up to 8.5LPA(7.5LPA Fixed1LPA Variable)

Qualification M.Tech PHD

Fresher(M.Tech Completed & Pursuing PHD): Up to 11LPA(9.5LPA Fixed1.5LPA Variable)

2 Years of Experience: Up to 12.5LPA(11LPA Fixed1.5LPA Variable)

The above CTC Details is only a pay scale range for your reference actual salary will be decided based on:

1) Your Current CTC

2) Your Interview Performance

Location Yenepoya University Mangalore.
