Originally based in the heart of Geneva the company centralized all its departments at its current Meyrin site in 1999. The products crafted in its workshops combine tradition and expertise with cuttingedge innovation

Role Overview
As an Industrial Controller (Responsable du contr le de gestion) you will play a key role in analyzing and monitoring company performance and improving the quality of financial information. Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with the Group Controller and the Executive Committee you will lead strategic and operational initiatives to implement cost accounting and performance indicators from scratch driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic objectives in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Foster a company culture focused on effective management control.
  • Establish and optimize performance indicators including hourly rates (absenteeism etc.).
  • Fully implement a cost accounting system with support from the Group Controlling Manager.
  • Identify cost discrepancies analyze variances and propose corrective actions.
  • Oversee stock and production monitoring ensuring accurate valuations and managing obsolescence.
  • Analyze and optimize raw material management.
  • Create performance monitoring tools such as dashboards and Balanced Scorecards proposing corrective measures.
  • Actively participate in budgeting forecasting and longterm business planning supporting managers in budget preparation.
  • Analyze the profitability of investments and projects including CAPEX management and ROI calculations.
  • Provide adhoc analyses as required.
  • Support the development and improvement of the company s ERP system ensuring information flows are welldefined and uptodate.

Position Details
  • Tools: Advanced Excel ERP (Strategic) and Office Suite.
  • Promotion Possibility: Growth potential depending on profile and performance.
  • Training: Comprehensive onboarding includes meetings with managers and activities in Switzerland and abroad (approximately 15 days).
  • Work Hours: Flexible and variable hours; no punchin system 42 hours/week.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
  • Advanced degree in finance controlling or a related field.
  • At least 7 years experience in industrial controlling within the manufacturing sector preferably in leather goods or watchmaking subcontracting.
  • Proven success in implementing industrial cost accounting systems.
  • Strong accounting knowledge with experience in Swiss accounting standards as an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills and adaptability to financial tools and ERP systems.
Language Requirements
  • French: Native or bilingual (essential).
  • English: Professional proficiency (frequent use).
  • Portuguese: Professional proficiency (used occasionally during travel to Portugal).
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with numerical data.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills for interacting across all company levels.
  • Autonomous proactive and capable of taking the initiative.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Rattach directement au Directeur G n ral et travaillant en troite collaboration avec le Contr leur de Gestion Groupe et le Comit de Direction vous conduirez des initiatives strat giques et op rationnelles pour mettre en place la comptabilit analytique et les indicateurs de performance partir de z ro favorisant ainsi l efficacit op rationnelle et la prise de d cisions strat giques.
Responsabilit s principales
  • D velopper et mettre en uvre des objectifs strat giques en collaboration avec l quipe de direction.
  • Favoriser une culture d entreprise ax e sur le contr le de gestion.
  • Mettre en place et optimiser les indicateurs de performance notamment les taux horaires (absent isme etc.).
  • Impl menter enti rement un syst me de comptabilit analytique avec le soutien du Responsable Controlling Groupe.
  • Identifier les carts de co ts analyser les variations et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Superviser la gestion des stocks et des encours de production en garantissant des valorisations pr cises et la gestion de l obsolescence.
  • Analyser et optimiser la gestion des mati res premi res.
  • D velopper des outils de suivi des performances tels que des tableaux de bord et des Balanced Scorecards et mettre en place des actions correctives.
  • Participer activement l laboration des budgets pr visions et plans strat giques long terme en soutenant les managers dans leur pr paration budg taire.
  • Analyser la rentabilit des investissements et des projets y compris le suivi des CAPEX et les calculs de ROI.
  • Fournir des analyses ad hoc selon les besoins.
  • Am liorer et d velopper le syst me ERP de l entreprise en assurant une d finition claire et une mise jour des flux d information.

Profil id al
Formation et exp rience
  • Dipl me sup rieur en finance contr le de gestion ou domaine similaire.
  • Minimum 7 ans d exp rience en contr le de gestion industriel dans le secteur manufacturier id alement en maroquinerie ou en soustraitance horlog re.
  • Succ s av r dans la mise en place de syst mes de comptabilit analytique industrielle.
  • Solides connaissances comptables une exp rience en comptabilit suisse tant un atout.
  • Comp tences avanc es en Excel et adaptation aux outils financiers et ERP.
Langues
  • Fran ais : Langue maternelle ou bilingue (essentiel).
  • Anglais : Niveau professionnel (usage fr quent).
  • Portugais : Niveau professionnel (utilis lors des d placements au Portugal).
