Job Summary
The Mailroom Manager will oversee and manage all mailroom operations including copy scan and mail tasks hospitality setup and front desk responsibilities.
This is a oneperson onsite role requiring a selfstarter who is independent responsible and friendly.
Candidates with mailroom experience and preferred legal experience will excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mailroom operations including copying scanning and handling mail.
- Perform front desk duties and provide hospitality setup as needed.
- Ensure all tasks are completed independently and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in interactions with customers and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in mailroom operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Legal industry experience.
- Selfstarter with a proactive and gogetter attitude.
Additional Information
- No physical requirements such as extensive standing walking or lifting.
- No equipment use or driving is required.
- Interviews will include a first round virtually via Teams and a second round onsite with the customer.
