Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Master s preferred.
- 810 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with data analytics and the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in negotiating offers.
