Job Description
- Lead and manage a 10person accounting team ensuring alignment with shared objectives and fostering a highperforming environment.
- Guarantee the reliability of treasury accounts in compliance with French and IFRS standards.
- Supervise and coordinate relationships with the shared service center (CSP) treasury team.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and efficient cash flow management.
- Oversee the proper functioning of treasuryrelated IT systems including SAP.
- Act as the primary contact for Group treasury and internal control particularly for fraud prevention and securing payment methods.
- Educational Background: Advanced degree in accounting (e.g. DCG/DSCG Master CCA or business school equivalent).
- Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience ideally in an audit or accounting firm. Experience in the retail sector is an advantage.
- Managerial Experience: Minimum of 2 years leading a team.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and French
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in ERP systems particularly SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- Flexibility: Candidates must already have the right to work in France as no work or residence permit sponsorship is provided.
- Occupational Category: Corporate executive (Statut Cadre).
- Tools: SAP and Excel are essential with additional training provided during onboarding.
- Work remotely up to 2 days per week after the probation period.
- Fixed salary over 13 months with an additional variable bonus equivalent to 1.5 months salary.
