Job Description
- Conduct thorough wound assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide wound care therapies monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with patients families and facility staff to ensure clear communication of care plans.
- Accurately document care provided in electronic medical records.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning wound care and patient privacy.
- Active unrestricted Massachusetts NP (Nurse Practitioner) license.
- Certification in wound care or significant wound care experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience postgraduation.
- Possession of a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel to various locations within the specified region.
- Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting the role.
