Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process which may include posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and update databases as required.
- Assist in preparing HR materials and documentation.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Help organize training sessions and employee orientation programs.
- Respond to basic inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in performance management reviews and documentation.
- Help with administrative tasks related to payroll and benefits.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on HR projects.
- Support senior HR staff in daytoday functions and projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Contribute to improving HR processes and suggest enhancements.
- Document meetings and take notes for recordkeeping purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and employment law.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or administration is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.

- Availability for a flexible schedule ideally 1020 hours per week.
