Job Description
- Design and implement automation frameworks for testing applications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans strategies and scripts.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality in all software releases.
- Lead the QA team in creating robust testing processes and standards.
- Establish metrics and benchmarks for quality assurance performance.
- Conduct design and code reviews to assess adherence to quality standards.
- Implement performance testing strategies to validate system scalability and reliability.
- Manage testing tools and infrastructure to support project requirements.
- Provide guidance and support in identifying root causes of defects.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and tools.
- Mentor and train junior QA team members.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate quality throughout the development process.
- Stay abreast of the latest QA technologies and trends in software testing.
- Document and report on testing results to stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning meetings to provide insights on quality deliverables.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Proven track record in leading QA efforts on complex software projects.
- Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of software development and testing lifecycle.
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Java Python or C#.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience with API testing methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in software testing (e.g. ISTQB) is a plus.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
