Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations from our Rockport TX office. This role is pivotal in managing our existing footprint while driving strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and highquality service delivery across multiple service locations.
  • Territory and Sales Management: Leverage experience in territory expansion to drive sales growth. Oversee sales activities develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Team Management: Oversee recruitment training and performance management of staff across different locations ensuring team alignment with company goals.
  • Financial Management: Control budgets manage financial performance and ensure profitable operations while maintaining service quality.
  • Compliance: Work with our pest control experts to ensure all operations adhere to local state and federal regulations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction leading to repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Must have a robust background in operations management including significant experience in territory expansion and sales strategy execution within any industry.
  • MultiLocation Management: Demonstrated success in managing operations across multiple locations understanding the nuances of different market areas.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and motivating highperformance teams.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent strategic thinking problemsolving and ability to manage P&L responsibilities.
  • Educational Background: Preferably a Bachelor s degree in Business Management Marketing or a related field.
Additional Information:
  • Pest Control Expertise: While not mandatory a willingness to learn and collaborate with our inhouse Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) is essential.
