Job Description
- You will report directly to CEO and work directly with him
- Relatively small team size: Our full time team size is 32 people. You get to work with an experienced founding team and get onetoone interaction on a daily basis.
- Very strong bias for action. We dont do any unnecessary meetings.
- You will get to see results of your efforts from day 1.
- You will be directly responsible for all things supply ie candidates
- Very strong work ethic
- Ability to work with code & automation (you dont necessarily be a software developer but you should know your way around building scripts and automations we use Airtable scripts for the same)
- Manage an operations team
- Not looking for strategy folks; we want someone who can get their hands dirty and execute themselves.
