CRM TechnoFunctional Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers and identifying business opportunities.
- Present and pitch CRM solutions to customers explaining product features benefits and value propositions.
- Prepare cost estimates technical proposals and solutions that align with client requirements.
- Support sales executives with sales pitches handling technical presentations and addressing customer queries.
- Respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) from customers.
- Identify technical requirements and ensure proposed solutions meet customer goals and business objectives.
- Assist in project execution as a Solution Architect once projects are initiated providing technical guidance and oversight.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong technofunctional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE.
- Proven presales experience in CRM solutions with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate customer needs into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation proposals and cost estimates.
This role combines sales technical knowledge and clientfacing communication with a focus on MS CRM/CE solutions.
