Job Description

CRM TechnoFunctional Sales Specialist
Remote
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers and identifying business opportunities.
  • Present and pitch CRM solutions to customers explaining product features benefits and value propositions.
  • Prepare cost estimates technical proposals and solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Support sales executives with sales pitches handling technical presentations and addressing customer queries.
  • Respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) from customers.
  • Identify technical requirements and ensure proposed solutions meet customer goals and business objectives.
  • Assist in project execution as a Solution Architect once projects are initiated providing technical guidance and oversight.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong technofunctional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE.
  • Proven presales experience in CRM solutions with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Experience in preparing technical documentation proposals and cost estimates.
This role combines sales technical knowledge and clientfacing communication with a focus on MS CRM/CE solutions.
