Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct client site tours and assist with event bookings.
2. Achieve sales targets through effective client conversion and upselling.
3. Handle contracts invoicing and payments.
4. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
5. Maintain venue presentation.
6. Maintain visibility of the sales pipeline and show proactive internal stakeholder management skills.
Working Hours:
Typically 11 am to 8pm
6 day working week including weekends
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Strong sales and customer service skills.
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
