- Perform and check calculations (stormwater management potable water distribution sanitary sewer collection and transmission)
- Prepare specifications and drawings
- Design land development infrastructure including roadways water sewer and drainage
- Prepare and process permits through all applicable agencies
- Interface with fellow clients engineers CAD drafters and other disciplines
- Prepare site construction cost estimates
- Review correct and approve shop drawings and other material specifications
- Attend and participate in meetings with client(s) and internal staff
- Deliver project technical documents
- Maintain a high level of organization and technical competency
- Provide construction inspection services
- Process certification and closeout of permits through all applicable agencies
- B.S.C.E or equivalent degree from an ABET accredited university
- E.I.T.
- 15 years civil experience in land development
- Florida Professional Engineer License (Requried)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Familiarity with I.C.P.R. (Preferred) and A.S.A.D. (Preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Project Excel and other standard Microsoft Office applications
