Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure and respond to service incidents.
- Oversee network security protocols and data protection measures.
- Implement cloud solutions and monitor system performance.
- Develop and maintain software applications as needed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.
- Support endusers with technical issues and training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and manuals.
- Analyze data to improve system efficiency and performance.
- Monitor the latest technology trends and integrate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Optimize database management for improved storage solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Provide recommendations for technology enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT roles.
- Proficiency in network management and system administration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python Java).
- Experience with database management systems (e.g. SQL Oracle).
- Certification in cybersecurity practices (e.g. CISSP CompTIA Security).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Project management experience preferably PMP certified.
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
- Understanding of IT compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to fastpaced environments.
- Experience with enduser support and technical training.
- Knowledge of IT asset management practices.
