Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking cold calling and other outreach methods.
- Conduct research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships ensuring client satisfaction and fostering longterm partnerships.
- Act as a point of contact for clients understanding their requirements and offering tailored service solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and refine a sales strategy.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts terms and pricing with clients.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the service industry.
- Monitor competitor activity and develop counterstrategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams (e.g. operations marketing) to align service delivery with client expectations.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity progress and forecasts to management.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 23 years of experience in business development sales or account management within the service industry.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and a customeroriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software MS Office Suite and familiar with digital marketing tools is a plus.
