Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
  • Professionalism and the ability to handle inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

Technical Experience:
  • Experience in a technical support role ideally in security or systems administration.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities with the capability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
