Mandatory Skills:
ServiceNow experience (minimum 6 years)
Expertise in ITSM (Information Technology Service Management)
Exposure to various Integrations (with different systems and services)
Discovery experience (ServiceNow Discovery module)
Strong understanding of ITOM (IT Operations Management)
Handson experience with CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Proficient in ServiceNow Scripting (e.g. Business Rules Script Includes UI Scripts)
Experience in Dashboard and Report creation on ServiceNow
CSDM (Common Service Data Model) knowledge
Asset Management experience (asset tracking and management within ServiceNow)
Experience with SQL (querying databases for ServiceNow integrations)
Familiarity with Service Portal (creating and managing ServiceNow service portals)
Proficiency in Performance Analytics (ServiceNow Performance Analytics tools and dashboards)
Responsibilities:
Develop configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Implement and manage ITSM processes ensuring efficient service management and incident resolution.
Design and develop integrations with other systems and platforms ensuring seamless data flow.
Configure and optimize Discovery tools to map IT infrastructure and services.
Work with ITOM to optimize IT operations and enhance monitoring event management and automated processes.
Maintain and improve CMDB to ensure accurate configuration management of assets and services.
Write test and maintain ServiceNow scripts for automation and functionality enhancement.
Create and manage dashboards and reports for performance tracking service management and operational metrics.
Implement and maintain CSDM for accurate service modeling and event management integration.
Manage Asset Management functions ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of IT assets.
Perform SQL queries to support integration reporting and troubleshooting efforts.
Develop and maintain Service Portals to provide a userfriendly interface for service requests.
Leverage Performance Analytics tools to analyze and improve service performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of overall Information Technology experience.
At least 6 years of handson experience with ServiceNow development and implementation.
Solid understanding and experience in key ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM Discovery CMDB and Asset Management.
Strong ServiceNow scripting knowledge and experience with integration solutions.
Familiarity with SQL and database queries for ServiceNow applications.
Previous experience with Performance Analytics and creating custom reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
