Overview
The Area Sales Manager Electronic Division plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for our electronic products. This position serves as a leader within the sales team responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives tailored to the needs of the region. The Area Sales Manager will work closely with sales representatives to create a highperformance culture nurturing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. In addition to achieving sales targets the role requires analyzing market trends and competitor strategies to inform product positioning and marketing campaigns. Ultimately this position is vital for establishing the companys reputation in the electronic industry ensuring that we meet and exceed customer expectations while fostering an innovative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of sales teams within the designated area ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors to expand market penetration.
- Provide dealers and distributors with the necessary tools products and training to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities adjusting strategies as needed to maintain competitive edge.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management providing insights into sales performance and market opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales teams and partners to discuss performance resolve issues and motivate team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations within the sales operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 34 years in Home Electronics field (HA SHA HE)
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration
- Prior experience of looking after channel of products such as Home Appliances Small Home appliances and home electronics.
- Proper sales skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Must have a smart dynamic and pleasing personality.
- Good reporting and computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure with full dedication and efficiency.
- Must have 2wheeler and a valid license
