Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) IT Sector (REMOTE)

As a part of our expansion plan we are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. If you have a knack for sales a deep understanding of IT solutions and the ability to build strong B2B relationships this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential B2B clients in the IT sector through market research networking and cold calling.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads qualify prospects and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Account Management: Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends competitor analysis and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track leads monitor sales progress and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Prepare proposals conduct negotiations and close deals effectively to meet client requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (13 years) in B2B sales or business development preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and IT services.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
