Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement DFT techniques to improve testability of IC designs.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of DFT specifications and outcomes.

- Implement Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) strategies.
- Participate in crossfunctional teams to ensure DFT alignment with overall project goals.
- Investigate and debug design flaws by performing root cause analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in DFT technologies and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in DFT methodology and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of RTL design and verification processes.
- Familiarity with industrystandard DFT tools such as Synopsys and Cadence.
- Experience with scan insertion builtin selftest (BIST) and ATPG.
- Ability to analyze and interpret schematic designs and layouts.
- Proficiency in fault modeling and statistical test methodologies.
- Experience in working within crossfunctional project teams.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Verilog or VHDL.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Handson experience with semiconductor testing and fabrication processes.
