About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is critical to driving growth by generating and qualifying leads in the B2B space. You will leverage your communication and relationshipbuilding skills to engage potential clients assess their needs and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Use phone email and social media to identify and connect with decisionmakers.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct meaningful conversations to evaluate prospects and align them with our offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule quality meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure alignment and share feedback.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 3 years in outbound sales lead generation or customerfacing roles.
- Skills: Strong communication skills sales acumen and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Attributes: Resilient proactive and committed to driving results.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
