HR Intern Job Description
The HR Intern plays a vital role within our organization by assisting the Human Resources department in various functions related to recruitment employee relations and administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings and candidate screening.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update candidate database and HR records.
- Help organize and facilitate employee training programs.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
- Assist with drafting HR documentation contracts and job descriptions.

Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
