Job Description
- Assist customers with reservations bookings and inquiries via phone email and online platforms.
- Ensure all booking details are accurately entered into the system and confirmed with clients.
- Provide professional and friendly service while resolving customer concerns or issues efficiently.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of company services promotions and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. reservations travel or hospitality) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
