We re partnering with a toptier Online Casino Gaming Company that s looking to expand their team with a dedicated Germanspeaking Customer Experience Specialist. Key Responsibilities

Your Profile

Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: Professionally fluent in German (written and verbal) with good command of English.
  • Adaptability: Able to stay flexible and make quick sound decisions in a fastmoving environment.
  • Reliability: Conscientious and dependable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Customer Focus: Empathetic with a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Interest in Tech & Marketplaces: Ideally you have an interest in marketplaces the shared economy and new technologies.
  • Experience: Previous experience in content moderation customer care or online business is advantageous.
