Job Description

Experience: 2 6 years

What You ll Do:

We are looking for a detailoriented technical project manager to oversee all project operations from inception to

execution. A Technical Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning and management for

established initiatives within a company. They ensure that projects are completed to specification within an

established time frame and budget. A Technical Project Manager is the lead subject matter expert within the

company regarding technology concerns. Additionally they will hire and train additional support member in a

businesss tech department.

Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant internal stakeholders and

ensuring technical feasibility.

Develop a project plan for each client detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation

of customized software systems.

Analyze plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.

Coordinating with crossdiscipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project

requirements deadlines and schedules.

Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths skill sets and experience levels.

Preparing status reports by gathering analyzing and summarizing relevant information.

Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.

Creating a specialized document for each client detailing all customizations made.

Conducting postproject evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Who You ll Need To Be:

Bachelor s degree in computer science engineering computer information science information technology

or a related field with Master s degree in management.

Proven working experience in project management.

Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Sound technical knowledge.

Basic SQL Knowledge.

Basic Database Understanding.

The ability to multitask effectively.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Fintech domain knowledge is an added advantage.
