Travel Desk Executive is responsible for assisting customers with travelrelated inquiries bookings and arrangements. They provide expert advice on destinations transportation options and accommodations. This role involves coordinating itineraries ensuring customer satisfaction and handling any travelrelated issues. The executive also manages reservations ensures timely confirmations and maintains records. Strong communication skills attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Management: Oversee all aspects of travel arrangements including booking tickets hotels transportation local travel visa processing and currency arrangements for management guests and office staff based on their grade and eligibility.
- MIS & Reporting: Handle advanced Excel tasks report preparation reconciliation communication and ensure compliance with the companys travel policies.
- Ticketing & Availability: Experience with ticketing tools and availability to assist during weekends and holidays.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Travel Policy & Budgeting: Ensure adherence to travel policies manage budgeting and efficiently prioritize tasks while working independently.
- Hotel & Accommodation Management: Oversee hotel bookings and ensure smooth accommodation arrangements.
- Inventory Management: Handle the procurement and management of office stationery and refreshments.
- Qualifications:
- Qualification: A graduate degree in any discipline is required. This position is open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is essential. Experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Compensation Offered: The compensation will be aligned with industry standards. Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
- MS Office Knowledge: Strong proficiency in MS Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint is a must. The candidate should be able to handle advanced functions with ease.
