EllBee Hotels is a premium hospitality brand committed to providing exceptional stays and experiences to our guests. We are looking for a Reservation Executive to join our team and enhance the guest booking experience by managing reservations with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via calls emails and online booking platforms.
- Manage room reservations modifications and cancellations efficiently.
- Provide accurate information on room categories pricing availability and promotions.
- Upsell premium room categories and additional services to maximize revenue.
- Ensure a smooth reservation process by maintaining accurate records in the system.
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless guest experiences.
- Address customer concerns and resolve bookingrelated issues professionally.
- Process payments and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Assist in preparing daily reports on occupancy revenue and reservations.
- Stay updated with hotel offerings local attractions and travel trends.
Requirements
23 years of experience in hotel reservations front office or customer service.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
Customeroriented mindset with excellent problemsolving skills.
Ability to multitask work under pressure and handle high call volumes.

Education
The candidate should possess a minimum of a Master's degree in Commerce (MCom) or an intermediate qualification in Chartered Accountancy (CA Inter). They should be aged 30 or above. They must have demonstrable experience in an accounting or auditing role, preferably within the hospitality industry. A thorough understanding of accounting and auditing principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards is a must.
