The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
Attend project meetings conferences corporate events and training as required
Consistent open communication with Site Supervisor s and ensure quality work by doing regular site visits
Preparation of monthly progress billing and prepare monthly progress updates with upper management
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other employees throughout the company
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths skill sets and experience levels
Coordinate largerscale projects
Attend job showings and meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Estimating jobs CCNs Sis
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation including coordinating all deliveries of equipment and material in a timely manner
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Use and continually develop leadership skills

What You Will Bring:
Valid Plumber s License
Proven working experience in Project Management (minimum 2 years)
Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office applications
Competent in construction terminology
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
