Cultivate and maintain strong and close relationships with
Primary customers i.e Distributors in the territory.
Monitor study and identify the Reseller and Wholesaler
businesses in the territory to drive sales growth of the
Distributor.
Monitor inventory levels at distributors warehouses and
coordinate with distributor s purchase teams ensure adequate
stock levels are maintained to meet demand.
Act as a bridge between the Distributor and the Company
through close communication with the Company and ensure
quick resolution of the Distributor s concerns.
Provide training and support to distributor s sales team on
product features promotions and marketing incentives to
enhance their team s sales performance.
Work closely with the sales and operations team of the
Company to forecast demand plan inventory levels and
ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a
consistent basis.
Update detailed records of sales activities customer
interactions and deals closed.
Track and analyze sales data prepare sales reports and present
findings to management regularly.
Monitor and study the HoReCa (Hotels Restaurants and
Catering) market closely identify new leads and share ideas
on approaching them.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies and
implement sales plans to achieve company goals.
Coordinate and supervise the onground Sales activities of the
HoReCa Sales Representative.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing logistics
and finance to coordinate activities/events and ensure
alignment with company objectives and policies.
