With a robust product roadmap and several launches planned for 2024 we are seeking a skilled and motivated Artificial Lift Automation Specialist to join our client s dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service innovation and solutions to our client s partners in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair low voltage control systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and resolve issues with Variable Speed Drives (VSDs).
Perform measurements in live cabinets handling voltages up to 600V safely and efficiently.
Train contractors and customers on the installation and use of proprietary equipment.
Build and maintain strong positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Independently schedule and plan work to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to develop innovative solutions and resolve complex problems.
Maintain organized records and complete all required documentation including Work Permits Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Required Skills and Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with basic hand tools and familiarity with electrical meters.
Strong understanding of AC and DC circuits.
Basic to intermediate computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or oil field environments.
Valid Driver s License and US Passport.
Proven experience troubleshooting live electrical equipment.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice to meet project demands.
Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and environmental conditions.
Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
