About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fullcycle IT recruitment with experience hiring for technical roles across various domains. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process for IT roles from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Source screen and interview candidates for technical positions including software engineers system administrators data scientists and more.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments including technical interviews to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn job boards and networking events to attract top IT talent.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment progress and metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in IT recruitment preferably in a fastpaced highvolume environment.
- Indepth knowledge of technical roles and skill sets in the IT industry.
- Strong sourcing skills using various platforms like LinkedIn job boards and social media.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to conduct both technical and behavioral interviews.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring goals within deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for a wide range of IT positions including software development data science and cloud computing.
- Understanding of IT certifications and skills relevant to various technical roles.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment and managing remote recruitment.
