Overview
The SAP USA Payroll Functional Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management and optimization of payroll processes within an organization utilizing the SAP system. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current payroll processes and recommend improvements.
- Implement and maintain SAP Payroll configurations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Payroll analysis or implementation.
- Strong understanding of US federal and state payroll regulations.
- Experience in SAP HCM module specifically Payroll.
- Proven track record of process improvement in payroll systems.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical background with SAP configuration settings.
- Experience in data mapping and migration projects.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing payroll reports.
