Responsibilities
1. Design and deploy DLP policies and rules for Microsoft 365 and Azure services such as Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive Teams Power Platform and Azure Storage.
2. Integrate DLP solutions with other security tools such as Microsoft Cloud App Security Azure Sentinel Azure Information Protection and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
3. Perform data discovery and classification to identify and label sensitive data across the cloud environment.
4. Configure and manage DLP alerts notifications and reports using Microsoft 365 Compliance Center and Azure Portal.
5. Analyze and investigate DLP incidents and policy violations using various tools and techniques.
6. Provide guidance and recommendations to business stakeholders and IT teams on DLP best practices and compliance requirements.
7. Develop and maintain DLP documentation policies and procedures.
8. Provide DLP training and awareness to end users and administrators.
Mandatory skills
2. At least 5 years of experience in DLP engineering administration or consulting with Microsoft technologies.
3. Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure DLP solutions and features.
4. Experience with other Microsoft security products such as Microsoft Cloud App Security Azure Information Protection and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

5. Experience with data discovery and classification tools and methodologies.
6. Experience with DLP incident response and remediation.
7. Excellent communication presentation and problemsolving skills.
8. Certifications in Microsoft 365 Security Administration Azure Security Engineer or DLPrelated domains are preferred.
