Role Summary: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling health insurance plans. This is a fulltime position on the company payroll with a structured training program designed for longterm success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Engage in lead generation activities to build a customer base.
- Sales Execution: Promote and sell health insurance plans to individual and SMB customers.
- Territory Management: Each Executive will be assigned a territory upon completion of training.
- Sales Targets: Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets.
Training & Development:
- 7 Days Classroom Training: Detailed product and service training.
- 7 Days OntheJob Training: Practical infield training with customer interaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience is essential.
- Fluency in Kannada.
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
- Age below 40
Compensation:
- Salary: INR 25k to 35k plus 1520% incentives and petrol allowance.
Work Locations:
- Various locations in Bangalore including Bannerghatta Road Bommanhalli JP Nagar Banashankari Nagarbhavi Kamanhalli Peenya Koramangala Kaggadaspura and Srirampura (Malleshwaram).
