Job Details:
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hourly pay range from $26.5 $42.5
- 12hour night shift schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders.
- Administer respiratory therapies and medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and adjust ventilators and other respiratory equipment to ensure optimal patient support.
- Perform diagnostic tests such as spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
- Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications:
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
- Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
- Extensive knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques equipment and protocols.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
