Scope of Work
HR Policy Development:
Provide clea rHR policy guidelines that align with the organisation s objectives and requirements.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
Suggest innovative HR strategies to enhance employee engagement while being mindful of budget constraints.
Identify training needs across the organisation to support employee development.
Employee Relations:
Improve employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
Coordinate between employees and management to strengthen work relations enhance morale and increase productivity ultimately supporting retention.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure effective onboarding and recruitment of associates based on business forecasts.
Organisational Structuring:
Conceptualise and implement organisation structuring interventions to streamline career progression and rolebased organisations.
Proactive Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with all business units to address employee issues proactively ensuring timely resolutions that support organisational health
