Roles and Responsibility

1/3 Talent Acquisition JD maintenance on various portals resume shortlisting prelim assessment/engagement outbound Linkedin head hunting Payroll management
1/3 Help chart & oversee org structure internal goal setting & KPIs along with the founder
1/3 Overseeing category growth in close collaboration with demand team members

Skills:

Conscientious detailoriented and efficient

Fast accurate and the ability to prioritize

Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including executives and Clevel

Experience in a very fastpaced digital environment
