Job Description
- Assist Lead Teachers in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster positive relationships with children parents and colleagues.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
- Observe and document childrens progress and development.
- Support children with basic needs such as feeding toileting and rest time.
- Attend team meetings professional development sessions and other company events.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about early childhood education and the development of young learners.
- A team player who can work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with children parents and colleagues.
