Job Overview
Skillfyme is seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Inside Sales Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. In this remote position you will be responsible for driving enrollments for our tech programs through consultative sales guiding potential students from inquiry to enrollment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales education and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Respond to inquiries follow up with potential learners and convert leads into enrollments through effective consultative selling.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Understand prospective students needs and provide guidance on how Skillfymes tech programs can help them achieve their career goals.
- Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools to ensure consistent followup and followthrough.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs including call volume conversions and revenue goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand ongoing campaigns share feedback and align on strategy to maximize lead quality and engagement.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors especially in tech education to effectively communicate Skillfyme s unique value proposition.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years in a sales role preferably in edtech or online education; experience in inside sales is a plus.
- Commitment: Must have been in their last role for a minimum of 1 year.
- Skills: Excellent communication interpersonal and persuasive skills with a knack for consultative selling.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable with CRM software preferably with experience in platforms like Zoho or Salesforce.
- SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently set and meet goals and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- CustomerCentric: Passionate about helping learners succeed and committed to providing a positive experience throughout the sales process.
