Job Description

Position: Multilingual Customer Support Representative
Location: Barcelona Spain
Languages Required: Dutch German Swedish or French (fluency required)
English Proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced (mandatory)



Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team in Barcelona Spain. In this role you will provide outstanding customer support to our diverse clients across Europe. This position requires fluency in any one of the following languages: Dutch German Swedish or French along with a solid command of the English language to communicate effectively with our international team and customers.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions promptly aiming to deliver a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on customer queries as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update system information as necessary.
  • Stay uptodate on company products services and policies to provide accurate assistance.



Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in one of the following languages: Dutch German Swedish or French.
  • English Proficiency: Strong working knowledge (both written and verbal).
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using computers and support tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Empathy patience and excellent problemsolving abilities.
