Job Description

About the Role:
As a Branch Operations Manager youll be the driving force behind our branchs smooth operation growth and success. From motivating the team and ensuring topnotch customer service to achieving sales targets and compliance standards your role is all about making a difference for both customers and the team!

Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations Management
  • Oversee daytoday branch operations ensuring smooth efficient workflows.
  • Maintain an organized and productive branch environment minimizing disruptions.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs making continuous improvements for operational excellence.
2. Branch Team Leadership
  • Lead coach and inspire your team to exceed customer expectations and performance goals.
  • Foster a positive inclusive culture that promotes teamwork respect and growth.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions empowering your team to reach their full potential.
3. Branch Customer Service
  • Ensure exceptional customer service with prompt accurate and empathetic support.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues swiftly turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Gather feedback to improve branch service quality ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Branch Sales & Growth
  • Drive branch sales through strategic planning customer engagement and new product introductions.
  • Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities maximizing revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams sharing best practices and achieving collective success.
5. Branch Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory security and operational compliance standards.
  • Conduct routine checks audits and staff training to maintain compliance and risk awareness.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies proactively identifying potential risks and addressing them.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Finance or related field
  • Experience: 5 years in branch management operations or customer service with leadership experience
  • Skills: Strong decisionmaking team leadership and customer service skills
  • Attributes: Proactive adaptable and committed to excellence in branch performance and customer satisfaction
