Responsibilities:
1. Branch Operations Management
- Oversee daytoday branch operations ensuring smooth efficient workflows.
- Maintain an organized and productive branch environment minimizing disruptions.
- Implement and monitor SOPs making continuous improvements for operational excellence.
2. Branch Team Leadership
- Lead coach and inspire your team to exceed customer expectations and performance goals.
- Foster a positive inclusive culture that promotes teamwork respect and growth.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions empowering your team to reach their full potential.
3. Branch Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service with prompt accurate and empathetic support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues swiftly turning challenges into opportunities.
- Gather feedback to improve branch service quality ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Branch Sales & Growth
- Drive branch sales through strategic planning customer engagement and new product introductions.
- Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities maximizing revenue streams.

5. Branch Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory security and operational compliance standards.
- Conduct routine checks audits and staff training to maintain compliance and risk awareness.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Finance or related field
- Experience: 5 years in branch management operations or customer service with leadership experience
- Skills: Strong decisionmaking team leadership and customer service skills
