Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS architecture solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct assessments of current architecture and recommend improvements.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to define cloud strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure security best practices are integrated into all designs.
- Monitor and optimize AWS cloud cost management strategies.
- Implement automated deployment solutions using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Provide technical leadership in cloud migration projects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for cloud environments.
- Regularly review and update cloud architecture to incorporate new technologies.
- Participate in technical reviews and architecture discussions.
- Conduct training sessions for developers on best cloud practices.
- Manage integration of thirdparty services with AWS infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting performance and availability issues.
- Stay uptodate with AWS services and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud architecture roles.
- Extensive knowledge of AWS services including EC2 S3 RDS Lambda etc.
- Experience with cloud migration and deployment strategies.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of network configurations and security best practices.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot cloud architecture issues.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python Bash etc.).
- Experience with monitoring and log management tools.
- Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
