Job Description
- Administer monitor and support SAP HANA databases to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Perform database installations configurations upgrades and patch management.
- Implement and maintain database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Monitor database performance and conduct tuning activities to optimize system resources and response times.
- Manage database security including user access control and authorization management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve databaserelated issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application integration and performance.
- Document database configurations processes and best practices to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HANA features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Extensive experience with SAP HANA database administration.
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in backup and recovery strategies and tools.
- Experience with database security management and user authorization.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
