Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans.
- Define project scope goals and deliverables.
- Coordinate resources and team activities.
- Monitor project progress and performance.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Manage project budget and ensure financial accountability.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and management.
- Prepare regular project status reports.
- Organize project meetings and document outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Resolve project conflicts and provide solutions.
- Oversee project documentation and deliverables.
- Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Project Management or related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience in risk management and assessment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
