Job Description
- Lead luxury residential construction projects from start to finish focusing on woodframe overpodium builds.
- Oversee project planning budget control and schedule adherence to ensure ontime onbudget delivery.
- Drive value engineering and costsaving strategies throughout project phases.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations fostering a safe work environment.
- Manage contract negotiations develop project scopes and handle RFQs.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and maintain open communication with all project stakeholders.
- Leverage construction management software (Procore Microsoft Project) to track progress and efficiency.
- Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Architecture Engineering or a related field.
- 6 years in project management specifically in woodframe luxury multiunit residential construction.
- Proficiency with Procore Microsoft Project and relevant construction technologies.
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of value engineering and budget management.
