Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews surveys and usability testing.
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups.
- Develop user personas based on research findings.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers and product managers.
- Design user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Implement UI patterns and guidelines aligned with brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather insights.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations to assess usability issues.
- Create design specifications for developers.
- Perform competitive analysis of similar products.
- Guide user experience strategies to improve engagement.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe XD Figma or Sketch for design tasks.
- Educate team members on usercentered design principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and process.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Adobe XD).
- Understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of conducting user testing and interpreting results.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles.
- Experience with Agile and iterative design methodologies.
- Strong problemsolving skills and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A keen interest in keeping up with design trends.
- Understanding of accessibility standards in design.
- Experience with user analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics.
