Job Description
- Handle complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions fund formation finance and securities matters.
- Advise clients on corporate governance compliance and regulatory issues.
- Negotiate draft and review a range of transactional documents and contracts.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessment on all relevant matters.
- Provide strategic advice to clients helping them achieve their business objectives while minimizing legal risks.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law mergers and acquisitions fund formation finance or securities with recent experience at a reputable law firm.
- Stable employment history with demonstrated longevity in prior roles; candidates with frequent job changes are discouraged.
- Active bar admission in Delaware Florida Maryland New Jersey New York or Texas.
- Strong academic credentials and experience with an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills alongside high professional judgment and client relationship experience.
- Competitive salary range from $240000 to $315000 based on experience.
